The staff at this hotel are simply amazing! They were always ready to help and greeted us with a warm smile. The cleanliness standard of the hotel is top-notch, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable staying there. the hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

The AC system in the room was not great, especially at night. Despite requesting assistance four times from the staff, it remained an issue throughout our seven-day stay.

Our family had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the view from our room, which was stunning. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. In terms of facilities, we were impressed with the gym and the pool, which were both well-maintained.

The air conditioning system was not working properly during our stay, which made the nights quite uncomfortable. However, the staff did their best to address the issue and were very apologetic about it.

The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with a range of exclusive amenities such as a private Sauna and a beautiful Sun terrace overlooking the pool. We also enjoyed the live entertainment provided by the hotel, which added to the luxurious atmosphere.

There was one minor issue that detracted from our experience. Unfortunately, the AC system was not functioning properly during our stay, despite speaking with staff multiple times about the issue.

From the warm greetings at check-in till our check-out, we faced the friendliest staff ever! The hotel appeared pristine, and the cleaners left our room spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient as we could easily stroll to the local market for our daily shopping. We loved the breakfast selection, which offered a variety of options, especially the traditional dishes.

Regrettably, the air conditioning system was not functional for the whole duration of our stay. Despite several complaints, the hotel staff informed us that the system had a predetermined setting, and there was nothing they could do to help.
